The Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas Foundation (the "Foundation"), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was incorporated in 1965 under the laws of the State of Texas. The Foundation was established for the exclusive purpose of supporting the mission of Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas ("Jesuit"). The Foundation's primary objectives are directed toward attracting, receiving, stewarding, investing, managing and expending gifts designated for the benefit of Jesuit. It is the additional role of the Foundation to promote, support and assist with all other activities and programs which further the mission of Jesuit.
