Heroes for Children advocates for and provides financial and social assistance to families with children (0-22 years of age) battling cancer. Since 2004, Heroes for Children has helped alleviate families' worries, giving them comfort and a brief respite from the everyday challenges of cancer-fighting and caregiving.

HFC provides emergency financial assistance to keep households running and gives new laptops to hospitalized teens and young adults so they can maintain their schoolwork and friendships. We provide celebrations for milestones like birthdays and graduations, and we host social events for families with a child in treatment. We underwrite fertility preservation for young people prescribed radiation treatment. When cancer treatment fails, HFC is the only agency that offers financial assistance for funeral expenses.

Our vision is that no family with a child battling cancer will fight alone.
