Founded in 1992, the mission of the Georgia Transplant Foundation (GTF) is to bridge the gap between hope and opportunity by educating and enriching the lives of those affected by organ transplant.

GTF is focused on providing financial, educational, and emotional assistance during a time that is often overwhelming for those undergoing or waiting for a transplant. Today, GTF is the primary source for transplant patient assistance and support for all solid organ transplantation in the entire state of Georgia.
