Agudath Israel of America promotes the ideals of Orthodox Judaism. Its main work includes conducting Torah projects to advance the study of Torah and observance of Torah ideals; operating youth programs and three summer camps providing an Orthodox Jewish atmosphere, education and recreation; vocational guidance and job training; running senior citizen centers in three areas of New York City; and disseminating information and educational materials relating to issues affecting Orthodox Jewry.
