The Texas Heart Institute and its clinical partner, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, have become one of the nation's largest cardiovascular centers. Members of the Institute's 160 member professional staff have performed more than 100,000 open heart operations, 200,000 cardiac catheterizations and 1,000 heart transplants - experience no other facility can match.
